I knew photography is my destiny when the first time I spent a day, forgot to eat and drink, only for printing a film. Since I started my career, I always ask myself two questions– what is fashion? How to express fashion only by the photos? On the way of seeking the answers, I’ve viewed and created many fashion works. Now, when I look back at these works, they are all different and unique. To connect these works with my answers, I believe fashion is abstract, different people have their own fashion, it’s not only the famous brands, good-looking people or just a kind of sense. In my mind, if the elements match well, everything can be defined as the fashion. As a photographer, my job is to inscribe
​​​​​​​ these matched elements down, and spread my concept to my audience.
